Accident Disability and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Good news! If you are a USTA licensed driver and/or trainer under the age of 70, you already have a small amount of disability coverage. The plan, provided by the USTA, includes up to $5,000 AD&D Insurance and a Weekly Accident Disability benefit of $25 for up to a maximum benefit period of 26 weeks after a 30 day waiting period while you are temporarily totally disabled and under a physician’s care.
Better news, for a few dollars a day, you may purchase more coverage with higher benefit limits. There are two different plans with options within each plan. Each insured should select the plan that best suits their financial needs.
